Step 1:

Full Builders Clean 

  • The first detailed clean once construction work is complete.
  • Remove construction dust, debris, packaging and surface grime
  • Clean plaster, paint splatter, adhesive residue and trade mess
  • Wipe walls, doors, frames, sills, skirtings, and switch plates
  • Vacuum and mop all hard flooring
  • Interior window clean (optional exterior add-on)

Step 2:

Re-Clean

  • A follow-up clean after final trades, styling or minor works.
  • Re-clean areas affected by finishing trades (e.g. painters, tilers)
  • Spot-clean surfaces, fixtures, and skirtings
  • Final vacuum/mop to remove residual dust
  • Wipe down mirrors, fittings, and polished surfaces
